Art Interrupted
Elhana looked on intently, as her student worked to complete the weapon. A villager’s bow was a no real challenge for him, Elhana knew. She knew, as well, that Arhan resented her watching him do simple jobs. He wasn’t incompetent, after all. Yet he was Elhana’s brightest student, with a real feel for the work, and she secretly loved to watch as her student added artistic flair to what would otherwise be a mundane job.
Suddenly, Arhan shuddered with pain as focused black ice slammed hard into a the wall of some undetected impurity.
