This is a tough challenge and I want to do a good job… I’ll enter when the inspiration hits.

yeah, me too! I enjoy a good laugh. they are hard to write, however.

Don’t be intimidated ficlet writers! I really am an easy laugh. Make it fun and you will be rewarded!

Has anyone else noticed that it’s extremely hard to make someone laugh when you know you have to make them laugh?

When I’m done brainstorming, I’ll definitely enter.

Nice idea for a challenge. I also find that intentionally being funny is sometimes much harder than it coming spontaneously.

But I suppose that is the writer’s eternal challenge: Selling something that you might not be feeling at that point.

Pontification over, I have added a stand-up routine entry.

Can’t believe I missed this a few days ago. My entry is up, but, well, it wasn’t funny.

Congrats on 150! make you laugh huh.. one of my favorite ficlets to write and read is humor. so many do it so well, Yoda, hobobeard, THX Stovohobo, you yourself. I look forward to reading the entries.

Happy birthday! My inspiration was if my little brother got ahold of a redbull, which i conveinently have hidden in a drwer in my room. I realllyyyy hope he doesnt ever find it. ;)
