Kellogs the hamster – so named for his love of corn flakes – decided one evening not to be nocturnal anymore. He slept through the night, even though his brothers and sister poked him and teased him and wanted to play with him. The next morning he nevertheless awoke refreshed and stared into the sun until he went blind.
