I walk down a grand stairs, wearing the most beautiful dress imaginable. The man of my dreams is waiting at the end of the stairs, suit and all. He looks at me like an old man would look at the doors of heaven. Taking my hand he leads me to the dance floor.

Joining, the music starts. You’re in my arms and all the world is calm. The music playing on for only two… I fix myself on his brown eyes and he smiles. I smile wide like I am carefree. Everyone else on the dance floor disappears. It is me and him together in harmony.

The music picks up and we move faster. He twirls me and I feel free. I never want it to end. It is the moment. The moment that tells you ‘you are in love’. It gives you one of the best feelings in the world. We come closer to each other and time slows. He leans into me and I meet him. His lips catch mine.

Just then, I wake up smiling. It was just a dream. We together in my dreams and tomorrow night we will be together again. Only in my dreams.
