Dan and Dottie are beagles, and I say any one with beagles has no use for alarm systems. ;) Lexy is a malamute/ shepard mix and VERY temperamental (she is my baby and spoiled.) Ladybug (rat terrier) is our housedog and more spoiled than Lexy, if possible. Guarddog extraordinaire in a tiny package. Tarbaby is our cur/bulldog mix, waiting with “hugs” for anyone who enters the yard.

Everybody loves a good talking animal story, including me. One thing I never understood though, why do animals have gender-based voices? I can’t tell a dog’s gender by it’s bark, I would assume the same if it were speaking. Convention maybe? Just a random thought.
