There was a man who never laughed.
His name was Bob.
So, one day, the mayor offered 100 dollars to anyone who could make him laugh so he would stop upsetting everyone.
A man went up to Bob and said, ” I can make you laugh.”
“Doubt it.” he said quickly and angrily.
The man took something out of his pocket and showed it to Bob.
“You think THAT stupid thing is going to make me laugh?”
Bob said, scoffing and being careful not to laugh.
“I do” he said.
He went up to Bob and grabbed him. He opened Bob’s mouth.
And he shoved the laughing box down Bob’s throat.
Bob is still laughing today, even though he is dead.
