Things Always Happen For A Reason, P.2
He was pacing the room rubing his temples the way I had been. Without seeing he looked in Jason direction, a smile played on his lips. Jason didn’t seem to care but realization hit me like a lightning bolt.
‘Jason get back to the car. Now!’ My mind’s voice was shooting up octaves as I spoke and I heard Jason’s worried thoughts. ‘Stop thinking so much and get back in the car he knows we’re here.’
This caught Jason’s attention his mind focused on one thing, I cussed under my breath as the door slid open, a dark figure walked out.
“Run!” I screamed rolling down the window, unlocking doors and revving the engine. Jason took off in a sprint and before I knew what had happened he was sitting next to me locking the doors.
“Will we make?” He asked as I hit the gas so hard that the car jerked foreward nearly knocking him through the winsheild.
I nodded quietly my eyes never leaving the road, I was focusing, focusing hard. My entire eyes began to glow white, it looked like they rolled back inside my head.
