Tremendous throughout, but I love the final few lines best: “Oh yes, you do. Now, you either give it back, or you get to watch me turn medieval on you.” She was holding a scalpel in a manner that could only be described as menacing. That was a delight.

That’s very dangerous. I’m glad my anatomy lab was a place of peace, calm…and the overwhelming odor of formalyn (which I have misspelled). Funny how much you two delight in putting your characters in absolute pickles.

You have sequel! Oh, forgot to say, I love that Jameson purposefully gets her name wrong. Real cutting.
