I awoke the next day. The day I was suspended from school.

Not only was a I grounded, no TV, no phone, no friends, but I was also given, like, community service. I had to babysit my 4 month old nephew!

Mom started in on how I was following in my sister’s footsteps, and how kissing will, like, lead to babies, and my punishment was to see what taking care of a baby is like.

I didn’t like changing him, or feeding him, or bathing him, but he, like, slept 3 times and they were all long naps so I got some free time.

Unfortunately since I was banned from TV, mom left me a list of chores to do instead. I hate chores! I hate washing dishes, and laundry, and vacuuming, so I did half the list.

My sister was home, and not grounded, so she talked on the phone and watched TV and snacked all day while I took care of her little brat! It was so unfair!

When Mom came home from work, my sister gave a report on my progress and made it sound like I was lazy, so Mom told me ALL the chores HAD to done before bed.
