The Sword And The Stone
King Arthur pulled the sword out of the stone and held it high above the crowd.
“I now declare you king of england!!” shouted Merlin.
Then a figure stepped out of the crowd. “Wait, wait, wait. Hold this non-sense!” The figure was non other than Sir Kay. “Yo, Arthur, how old are you again?”
“About thirteen,” Arthur replies.
“Right, right. And Merlin, baby, was it YOU who created this whole sword and the stone fiasco?”
“Well… yes.” Said Merlin, noticeably sweating.
“Right, and is it ALSO true that if Arthur was king you would get a good investment in ruling the kingdom?”
“Yes.”
“And since you created said sword and stone you could make the sword come out for a specific person… such as a certain easily manipulated thirteen year old?”
“Well, yes but…”
“And since you could bend Arthur to your will you could effectively run the kingdom.”
“Yes but I must say…”
“I’ve heard enough. Guards, take him away.”
As Merlin was swept off he yelled: “Damn you Sir Kay. DAMN YOU !!!”
