I seriously geeked out on this one! It is by far the most difficult and time consuming ficlet I have written so far.

“Pie” encodes the decimals of pi. The encoding rule is this: a word of N letters represents

The math is WAY over my head on this one, but I enjoyed it as a Ficlet nonetheless. After going through this, my entry to the number challenge shouldn’t be too hard for you to decipher!

I have to agree with BARomero, anytime words and numbers appear together in the same sentence, my brain overloads. It’s not pretty. But this story had some amazing word-pairings, so unexpected. This is poetry, man.
