Midnight Cry(part one)
As she lay there crying, she softly sang to herself.
Don’t worry, about a thing, because every little thing is gonna be all right.
She thought, I have to talk to someone. Who? Oh, Mommy! She quickly picked up her phone, disconnected it from her charger and called her mother.
Her mom had always been there for her, she had gone through some tough times, but is still stable. She had almost died a few years back, and wanted to start over, get a new life. She wanted to so badly move down to where her daughter was living, to the beach, in sunny San Clemente. Nothing was holding her back, just that change is hard, but it was even harder to be away from her. She had told her daughter she would be moving there in February of the next year, so she would wait.
“Hello?â?
“Mommy?â?
“No this is Roxy. What’s wrong honey? I’ll go get your mom.â?
“Okay.â?
A few seconds go by.
“Hello?â?
“Mom. I..I,â?she started to cry.
“What’s the matter? What happened? Tell me everything.”
