Alternate Story Universe #42: Spurs jingle as Doc Holiday steps into Tombstone’s Oriental saloon. The Red face, teary eyed Wyatt Earp pushes past him and runs out into the street. The broken hearted Beccaroo crys as the Salon’s madam, Sassafras, yells “two-timing man-slut” behind him. The end of the story would have Beccaroo and Wyatt riding off into the sunset after Sassafras died in a bizarre cattle stamped. The movie version would star Mel Gibson and Kevin Costner.

Well written. I love the way Sassy is oblivious to her actions in this. BTW , sorry for my unrelated previous comment, it’s just the Beccaroo and Sassafras made me think of the old west.

Lots of good stuff, though it feels a bit thrown together, like with the quick transition from mad at Sassy to, what are they doing, having a little male-fantasy moment there?

@ THX , It seemed less like a male fantasy and more like Sassy is in LOVE with Becca, and Sassy is doing everything to drive men out of Becca’s life. just my take though.
