Amanda tried to glare, but ended up just staring. It took her a few seconds to get a grip on herself.
“And.. um.. I‘m the princess in this?” She questioned.
“Definitely,” Charlie answered, “Now we just have to figure out our happily ever after..”
“Um, we only get a happily ever after if the story has a happy ending,” Amanda added.
“Charlie, you are the stupidest person I have ever met,” Sam added, “This girl had a perfectly good life. You couldn’t have just let her keep it?”
“Well, Sam, it looks to me like you are falling for that Nick person. Not the Jonas kid. The one who’s house we’re at.” Charlie spitefully replied.
Samantha glared at him. “Well, Nick was miserable before. Even an idiot like yourself should be able to have seen that. But Amanda had everything she could ever want-”
“Except me,” Charlie interrupted. “Am I right, baby?” He asked Amanda.
Amanda looked at him, then down at her twiddling thumbs. “Uh.. i guess.. I don’t know..” She half-answered. “I think I’m in love with you, Charlie..”
