The Hallway
This boy was defiantly mysterious and different. “What are you staring at?â? he asked suddenly, pulling me out of a daze.
“Oh um sorry, your—“
“Lip ring. Yeah sorry. It sort of freaks everyone out. No worries.â? He pointed with his free hand at the silver. His other hand was occupied by the books I completely forgot about. He handed them to me now, looking at me funny. Well, it was my turn to ask.
“What?â?
“Oh nothing.â? He smirked. “You just seem like someone worth my time.â?
Was that an insult or a compliment? Well, I’ll play along.
“Really? Because I’m not sure if you’re worth mine.â?
“I could make it.â? And without an answer, he leaned down and kissed me in the hallway. When he pulled away, his green eyes were glittering like crystals.
But then the other day rushed back to me.
Stephen. Oh crap.
This guy was gorgeous but I don’t even know his name. It doesn’t matter much now.
“What’s your name?â?
“James.â?
“See you later James.â? I didn’t even bother to tell him my name before hurrying away.
