Dates
“Let me think. Hmm. Not off hand I can’t say for certain. Let me look up my fathers family tree research. I’ll call you if I find the name. Any dates?,â? he questioned.
“Of course, I’m always dating someone dad, you know that,â? I said.
“Son, I know that. I was referring to the ‘dates’ on the grave marker,â? he laughed.
“Oh, right, of course, the dates. In my panicky I forgot to look. I’ll go back and take a look. Thanks dad. Talk to you soon. Love you,â? I said.
“Love you too son. Be careful over there,â? he hung up and I felt alone.
Going back to the graveyard, this time in the daylight, I found the grave marker for Basil St. Norbert and wrote down the dates: Nov. 10, 1616 ; Oct. 15, 1645.
