Man, it’s always in the fine print. Nice job continuing the demons business like approach to it all, no fuming, no gnashing of teeth, just calmly pointing out the facts of the contractual agreement.
@Pyro, I agree, but I had to make some concessions for the limit. It took some finagling to get what I have here to fit. I could have made it more authentic, but I would have had to leave out some of the other stuff. Although, some of the language is lifted directly from a sample lease I found online. You’d be surprised at how simplistic some of them are, especially when they don’t have the money to hire a real attorney to write up the agreement.
