When we got to Marz Cafe, Mark ran up to us and said,
“We thought you guys weren’t gonna make it.â€? He gave Jose a handshake and hugged me.
“Hi Des.â€? Matt said, and walked back to the table with Serena. I rolled my eyes, and pretended not to care. Then we went and sat down.
“So, what are we doing this weekend?â€? I asked.
“We aren’t doing anything. Me and Matt are going to a party.â€? Serena said, and kissed Matt.
“Why can’t we go?â€? I asked.
“Its a virginity party. So you and Jose can’t go, sorry.â€? She didn’t just- I got up and slapped her right in the face.
“Don’t you EVER mention that day again.â€? I said, angryily.
“Can’t we ever have a peaceful day with you two?â€? Matt asked.
“Thanks for defending me, Matt.â€? I walked out of the cafe, furious.
When I got home, I went to my room, and cried. I couldn’t believe she even said that to me. And I can’t believe Matt didn’t even say anything. I was so disappointed and angry at him. Then my phone rang… its was Matt.
