“O.k., I suppose I can wait.”

“Now, step one is to have the breakthrough. I can’t tell you what the breakthrough is, just that you are going to have it and it’s going to blow your mind. Step two is to build the Time Phone, that shouldn’t really take long, the breakthrough makes it all very simple.”
