A Phone Call



“How are you?”

“I’m good, thanks for asking. How are you?”

“I’m great.”

“So, who is this?”

“Oh, this is you. In about 35 minutes.”

“What do you mean?”

“Well, in about 3 minutes we make a major breakthrough concerning sound waves and time. I’m calling to tell you exactly what I told myself when I was when you are.”

“Oh, I see. Yes that makes sense, so what did you tell yourself that you need to tell me?”

“Well, I wrote a list down and you should to. You need to wait till I am forced to hang up though, that is very important. So put down the pencil.”

“O.k., I suppose I can wait.”

“Now, step one is to have the breakthrough. I can’t tell you what the breakthrough is, just that you are going to have it and it’s going to blow your mind. Step two is to build the Time Phone, that shouldn’t really take long, the breakthrough makes it all very simple.”

“Alright. Are you sure I shouldn’t be writing this down?”

“No, not yet.”


“The third, most important step, is t-”

“Hello? Hello?”
