THX had a point – there were some continuity issues. I went back and edited “Sweet Oblivion” to better match this ficlet. Let me know if this fits better with the character development tbs and I have created! :)

Well, now I feel bad for being a nit-picker. This definitely fit perfectly between her insecurity and his lack of emotional attachment.

I honestly felt a little bad for him when I first read this. Getting your nose broken while experiencing a hangover in the early morning hours is not all that pleasant. He did have it coming though, certainly.

Wow, I knew there was a buildup for something interesting, but I had no idea it’d be so satisfying. They both lived up to character and his nose done be broke! But, his calling her Beth may have hurt her a little worse than her uppercut hurt him. Brilliant. ;)

ha ha thats what he gets for being a fool. How could he forget her name, shes rather ..uh unforgetable. Nice build up. You did well transitioning from the dream to the awake state.. how mortifyingly awkward.
