The two kids let the power of the scene come over them, and the boy suddenly breaks down into tears.
That boy is full of sorrow, sorrow for lost love, for hate, for anger, for nearly killing his soul.

He also cries out of happiness, knowing that he was actually alive to see this moment with the woman that saved him from a life of sex, drugs, rock ‘n roll.

Those tears run down his face, and he stammers to the girl, “I’ll always love you, hold me, because you don’t know how much you saved me” “I never wanted to live my life like that, and I almost died doing it”

She placed her hand on his shoulder and replied with tears in her eyes, “I know you almost died, I’m the one that found you on the floor of your apartment having convulsions from the ectasy”

All at once, the boy gets to his feet, shaking from the emotion that has overcome him, and kisses the girl again.
When he is done, he puts his head to her bosom and sobs: “Thank you, you’re my angel, I wouldn’t be here without you, I love you”
