This scene is fraught with emotion and is well served with the line about the things you’d rather not know.

Another fantastic entry. And that last line was really killer. The whole thing seemed to take place in slow motion, which I’m guessing is just a setup for what’s to come.

I love the first paragraph. This is superb cast of characters, every last one compelling.

Amazing ficlet. John is right..everything is in slow motion which makes it more intense. Can’t wait to see what happens.
