Painful little moment, and a neat idea for the meeting. You’ve got some unnecesary quotation marks in the line that starts, “Oh my god…” One set around the whole statement would suffice…unless that’s supposed to be three people talking in rapid succession of one another.

Hmm, I see what you mean about the pauses. I can’t really think of a different way to get that across, other than elipses maybe. I’ll have to think on that. I think in a longer piece (like, one without character limits) it’d work and even be kind of funny to actually write ‘Pause.’ between each statement. Thanks for the clarification—really gave me something to think about.
