Nice twist. Setting up the beautiful honeymoon moment, to find out that she’s been tied up. I’m getting more of an S&M feel rather than something ominous though. Is there going to be a part 2?

There’s so much imagery here I can perfectly visualize it, as though I’m in the room. I loved especially this line, _Eyes flutter open like two twitchy birds _.
And this says this is part 1? It feels self-contained, so I’m curious to see where you’ll take this next.
Oh, and the word cannot is a compound word and can be placed together (last paragraph, first line).

Wow, this is a very well-described scene, with a nice twist (only I’m not completely sure I’ve gotten what the twist is yet, but I have my suspicions). Reading on to see what happens next.
