Time for Me to Fly 26
After the show, it took Dizzy and I forever to get back to backstage. We ran part of the way because two crazed fans saw our backstage passes that were hanging around our necks. They grabbed at them and I let out a scream, and started to run. I saw the doors to the backstage and cut a left, leading them in the opposite direction. Dizzy was about two steps behind me. We ran into the crowd and seperated ourselves from the girls.
“Are you freaking kidding me?!” Dizzy said. She was leaning over trying to catch her breath.
“I know, that was insane. I can’t believe that…I don’t even know. Since when do girls try to maul other girls for having backstage passes?”
Dizzy muttered under her breath all the way back to the tour bus. Probably cursing at those girls for all she was worth. Dizzy had a bit of a temper and I was the only person who wasn’t really afraid of her when she was mad…in fact most of the time it made me laugh.
Suddenly I couldn’t see, hands had covered my eyes.
“Guess who?”
