Salty Sea Air
She gladly accepts the drink. It adds more fog to her head. But then again, that’s exactly what she wants. She looks back at Avery.. she thinks to herself, how lucky she is to have him as a friend. Willing to be called up on short notice, and come out and be with her. It had to be getting really late. His support does not seem to waver. He doesn’t seem to grow tired at all. He is a true friend.. Always an asset during a crisis. She smiles at him after a few moments.
“Ahh.. thats what I like to see.. that famous Gibson smile..
” I was just thinking, how I am so lucky to have you, your friendship means a lot to me.. you’ve always come through when I need you the most.” She confesses.
“Coming from you, that’s a compliment” Avery said with a wink.
“Your the only one I thought to call, to get me out of that place.. your my hero” Mel admitted.
Avery rolls down the window.. he takes in the sea air greeting his nose. He suggests that Mel do the same.. take in the fragrant air..
