Really wonderful imagery here. I have a desperate fear of heights, so I could relate to the narrator’s fear for sure. I wonder what would compel him/her to climb this tree…

It’s actually something I did once to try to get over my fear of heights. I climbed this tree and ended up being so amazed by the scenery and beauty of the forest below that I almost forgot to be afraid =D
