“Hey, Brid’s was lookin’ hot today!!” my best friend Amanda squealed, she had the biggest crush on him even though the kid (or manly, man as she called him) had only been here for three days.
“He is pretty hot.” I said. She raised one eye-brow at me, reminding me that I did have a boyfriend, but also signaling that he was hers. I shrugged, it’s not fault I am attracted to so many guys, it’s just my nature.
“Jade…Jade!” she yelled trying to get my attention,” Reality check. What would Joey say if he knew you were after Brid?!” she stopped thinking, then started right off again. “Wait no who cares what Joey would say. What would I say?!”
