I think the 3rd paragraph is missing an is.

The thing with Jack is part of me wants to try to see things his way. That part of me wants to see that he, in one way or another, has gotten screwed over. That she has done something, without realizing her fault, to aid this screwing over.

But ultimately, I haven’t figured his intentions out either. He’s a real mystery.

This whole series is shrouded in mystery.

And i really hope he listened to what she said, because I have a feeling she’s right about the whole thing.

I’m glad Kit is starting to show her strength here, particularly around Jack.
