We talked for a while about how thing are going. Then I asked if she was going to the festival.

“I’m not really sure. I guess it depends if my mom gets called into work or not.â€?

“Oh I see.â€?I said disappointed, but then again thinking of alone time with Lucas. Then again Josie might not be able to help me look for him.

“Do you know who’s going?â€? she asked.

â€? Well I know Beth’s going.â€?

Josie, Beth and I have been good friends since like forever, but Beth doesn’t like Lucas at all. You could say they hate each other equal.

“And I know Lucas is going.â€?I said trying to get him into the conversation. Even though that’s not so hard to do with Josie because she thinks we look so cute together, like she always says.

“Oh so Lucas is going.â€?she said in a teasing voice.
