“Don’t believe me. I should have known. I had to screw everything up. I had to drag a mortal into my life.”
“No, it’s just. A vampire? Sebastien. You have to understand. I do believe you. I know you wouldn’t lie to me. I know that. This is just unusual.”
I said trying desperately to reach him.
“Colie, I knew I needed you. The first time I saw you it wasn’t like every other girl. Mortals are of no interest to me, but you- I cant explain it. i couldnt take my eyes off you, I needed you close.”
“Why did we come here?”
I said remembering the fear in his eyes when we ran.
“there was someone..”
he said slowly.
“Who?”
I said through clenched teeth.
“My brother. He would have killed you. He wouldnt have understood.”
The blood drained from my face.
This was too much to take in.
I’m in love with a vampire, and now i’m informed that my life is in danger.
