Yes, I hate the dad. And I can only see bad things in the future for Junior. Very good (though it feels weird to say that ;) ) story. Great job on bringing out the villians.

I, personall, think the father is just misunderstood.

His son obviusly stole from a shop, and the father feels that he has to degrade him vocally to get it through his head to never do it again.
