Jack smiled.
“But seriously Jack, nothing you plan on doing is going to solve anything,” Anna said pulling away from him.
“Anna I told you that I-”
“I know Jack! I know about your immature promises. But take all that he did to me and put it aside for a second. Is it really worth risking leaving me and Taylor alone and you going to jail for however long? You’re not thinking all of it through Jack!”
“Anna you talk like I’m planning a murder! I’m just thinking about finding him and slapping him around a couple times and telling him a few things.”
“Jack YOU told me about the huge temper you get with things like Lance and you expect me to believe you’re not going to do him much harm?”

“If you love me, you won’t do anything to him.” Anna said plainly.
“That’s not fair and you know it,” Jack snapped.
Taylor stepped out of the bathroom. “Mommy? Why were you guys fighting?”
Panic struck Anna’s face. “We weren’t baby.”
“I heard you guys yelling.” Taylor looked so little and afraid.
