Journal of the Insane (Post #14 pt. 2)
As I writhed in pain from internal and external damages, my mind began to run in circles. ‘My life is over…’ I thought to myself, feeling the nausea build in my stomach. I felt hot, viscus fluid in my throat as I vomited all over the mud I had collapsed on. My body continuously threw up, trying to get rid of the toxins, but only more were being inhaled as I blacked out. I thought I died… my body was cold and numb and I couldn’t think of anything. I don’t know what happened… but I awoke a few days later, this morning, and saw the light of the morning sun hit my face. I was no longer inside the forest and I wondered what just happened… I got to my feet and my legs felt like Jello. I shook my head and tried to get my balance back, but I just fell on my ass. I decided not to move for awhile as I leaned over, vomiting again on the dry dirt floor. My throat burned from dehydration and too much vomit running through my esophagus. I hope I’m going to be alright… God I made it this far… please don’t die…
