The Darkness part 2

It was a stormy night, like most nights. I was headed downtown to meet some of my college friends at a small pub on the eastside of Trenton, Washington. I walked with grace while my heels splashed in the moving streams down the old brick roads. I liked it here. I wasn’t big on sunshines and beachsides. I honored my pale skin and I honored the stormy nights. It was a journey to walk down the street in a storm. Unlike any journey to believe. For it came in my nightmares, in my dreams on the stormy nights. This land I wasn’t sure if I’d ever return from. I saw those who past, I saw those who suffered, and those who only create pain. Sinners. I grew up in a strong Christian background never knowing I was to be a keyway to this demon land. If only my family knew what I have experienced. I reached Dusty’s Pub and saw my close friends Jax and Damien. I waved and headed to the small table in the back.
