Last paragraph was a little confusing, but great as usual with the rest.

Well, a couple ficlets ago Kit said she wouldn’t go back to the alley if her life depended on it. And now it does because Trey is her life.

And also, who is she going to go to? Trey’s parents, her parents, Jack’s dad, Sheryl? I can’t think of anyone else just yet.

Oh, the tangled web you weave. Sending her to James for help in bailing out Trey. I can’t help but think James might have planned this whole thing out.
