Emily turned a shade of red that even my hair didn’t compare to. Then she smiled abruptly. “Rumors are rumors, she said brushing it off. And none of us are dating-” she seemed to be running out of steam so I jumped in.
“Excuse me,” I beamed at the reporter. “Where did you get that jacket? It’s very nice.”
She seemed thrown by the question and stopped talking and stood there slightly confused.
She must be new to this.
“Oh look there’s the limo!” Kevin cried, an excuse. We said a quick goodbye and entered the limo. The moment it started moving we all looked at each other and burst into hysterical laughter.
“Wow,” Nick gasped. “That was officialy the worst surprise party ever!”
Brian was pounding Joe on the back, he was laughing so hard that he couldn’t breathe. “Breathe, man! Breathe!” he cried.
“Yeah, Joe breathe!” I laughed.
“Wouldn’t want to die and disappoint your fans now would you?” Emily added.
“Speaking of fans, I have some funny stories about Wes.” Brian smiled.
“You evil little boy.”
