Amethyst Frontiers: Explainations

Karapanov eased Runner1 into the docking-ring and the shuttle rocked as it mated with the Karama.
“We have hard-dock, cap!” the russian reported.
“Good,” Locke looked to the little grey Grenna, “I think you will need to explain yourself, little man!”
Tiny grey arms rose, “I nothing to do with this. Phasing is problem!”
Vargus coughed as The Doc awoke him. “That’s what those bastards keep saying. Should have ejected him out of the air-lock while we had time!”
“You mean Tarn isn’t the only one?” Morris shot.
Vargus’ eyes closed and he looked away, annoyed at himself, “there are 3 more of those little grey things in holding on the Karama,”
“Taylon, Magar, Bael,” said the Grenna.
“When were you going to tell us, that little bit of information?” Locke interrogated.
“They caused this. I needed more to fix it!”
“Killing them isn’t the answer, Captain!” Morris barked, “Christ – we’re supposed to be enlightened,” this he said to Locke, who sympathized. Arguing was getting them nowhere.
“Let’s get aboard!”
