I suggest that Brill (the scientist) is the one who pulls Frosty aside to speak with him on this? Brill is the tall, gorgeous, amazonian woman scientist..

Yeah you are right an ensign wouldnt report all the way up the chain of command because that would be going over the head of his immeadiate supervisor plus if he is a research officer there would be a scientinst that was over him. good thinking.

For consistancy sake, I’ll clarify:
So tha we can collaborate, this is how i view rankings (which i knew i didn’t realy clarify too much yet)
Locke: Captain
Karapanov: Lt. Commander (First Officer)
Frosbeld: Commander
Lucy: Ensign
Brill : Major (but not commissioned to Amethyst – so tho’ she outranks, she would only command if frosty can’t)
Morris: Non-Commissioned Doctor: Civilian contracted by Alliance.

So it would be Brill going to Frosty with knowlege of the Captain’s indescretion.
