Couple of comments: on names, the pros say to avoid having main characters whose names start with the same letter. Make it easy for readers to keep them straight. Second, in spots it was hard to track who was saying what. Generally, if you break up the dialogue with a narrative paragraph, the next piece of dialogue should have a tag (e.g. “Jim said”) indicating who said it. Again, try to make it easier for your readers.
