Breeding winners.
All you had to do was get/ force to pro athletes or scientists together, make them have children, and walla, you’ve got a top athlete or a brainiac. It was fool-proof, the duds were easily eliminated and the winners wouldn’t even be raised by the “breeders”. They would be taken to a facility to be trained and grown into a “beast” at what they do. The Chinese are already (partially) doing it! We would never be behind any other country in “smartness”, sports, or anything else. Now I’m just rambling on. We all know this is the best way.
