Jump.
I couldn’t stifle the little whimper that came out my mouth. I didn’t just feel unwanted, I felt rejected. He didn’t care afterall. Maybe I should let it go. Overall it was just nice to have a shoulder to cry on. He was a stranger with a big heart, and a lot of sympathy.
I thought about what he said about if i wanted to see him again I would. I wanted too more than anything. I wanted to see him more than Oliver, though I knew nothing about him but his name.
“Kirsten?” i heard a silenced call.
A small stone hit my window.
I laughed at how romantic comedy it was.
I cracked my window.
“Ben?” I called in the same hushed tone.
“Come down!” He pleaded.
“How?”
“Jump. I’ll catch you, I promise”
It was too dark to see his face, but I knew he was smiling.
“Are you crazy?”
“No, just persisten. Come on, what have you got to lose?”
“My life.”
“Just do it.” He laughed.
“If you drop me I’ll kill you.”
Than I jumped, and as promised I landed in his arms.
“See, I told you.”
He said smuggly.
