Saul Brings the House Down.
Saul ran out the door looking for the little boy. There he was, next door, bouncing the same exact beach volleyball. Saul watched as he lost control of the ball and, aided by the breeze, it drifted into the street. As the toddler sped towards the street Saul intervened.
“Hey, buddy, I’ll get it for you!” he said making a fake smile. He hated kids.
“Tank youuuu” the kid said, drooling.
The car sped by, just like before, but this time there would be no dead toddlers. Saul smiled to himself. He picked up the ball on the other side of the street and brought it to the boy.
“Here you go!” Saul said and he left.
