Sangsue-part 2
That was when I saw something flash by with unhuman speed on the upper level, making the banner with Maria’s name on it waver in the breeze. Even though my conscience was telling me to leave, I still walked carefully up the stairs, following whatever I saw. “Hello?” I nervously called out. I walked around a corner to see a figure bent over in the dark. Though I couldn’t see the face I knew exactly who it was, “Mike? What are you doing here?” I noticed his body shake with disgust before slowly turning to face me.
I couldn’t stop it, but I gasped in amazement. His eyes were an un-natural shade of purple, turning to black as it got closer to the pupils. And the pupils were shaped like a snakes. His face had a sickly pallor to it, but it was still unnaturally beautiful, in an almost frightening way. But I don’t remember Mike looking like that. He stood up to his full height, easily towering over my shortness, “Names Oaikil now,” I watched him glance around nervously, “You should really leave here. Now!”
