“Let’s go to Chuck E. Cheese!” Detective Walsh exuberantly exclaimed and grabbed his gun, putting it on.
“There is no Chuck E. Cheese.” Devon’s Mom said from a million miles away. She was still staring at the paused video on the screen.
“What?! Then something LIKE Chuck E. Cheese?”
“Showbiz!” piped up Dad.
“Let’s go!” Detective Walsh led the parade of desperate rescuers out of the police station.

Devon was enjoying herself. The noise, lights, and pizza were great. It was the company that wasn’t.
“I thought you said everything’s fine,” she queried.
“It is.” Julian answered back
“Then why are you looking around so much? And you haven’t eaten your pizza,” Devon pointed out.
“I’m always cautious, that’s all. Trazelli has spies everywhere.”
Devon giggled. “Maybe he has cameras in the eyes of those animated characters!” She laughed at her joke, and even harder when Julian turned to look.
“Just eat your pizza!” he ordered.
Smiling, she took a huge bite.
