The Lucky Ones
She smiled at him, an elusively positioned eyebrow playfully reaching for the brim of her hat.

The shutter bounced up and down as he moved around her, taking pictures of his long-time friend for school.

She laughed at his silly actions as he circled her, camera in action.
“What’s so funny?” he asked, as her intoxicating laughter suddenly had him holding in his own giggles.
As they calmed down, gasping for breath, she looked at him, and said, “You made me laugh!”
He smiled at her, wondering what she meant. “Me? Why?”
“Well, you looked like you were dancing!” she laughed, “And then you started making those funny expressions!”
And they exploded into a fit of inexplicable laughter again.
To most it would have seemed a strange sight. Two grown adults acting like children and rolling around on the floor laughing.
But to them, it seemed completely natural.
After all, who has the power to resist falling in love?
