A Girl Unnoticed
She sniffled loudly as she got more annoyed with her cold. Only I could get a cold in August. She trudged along to her bus thinking about, somethin or another.
“I’m gonna feel bad about this,” said a voice next to her. She looked to find one of her old friends. Yes, old. He was cool at first, funny too. But not a day before had he expressed the way he really felt about her, & it made it akward.
“Oh hey Clint. Feel bad about what?” she asked not looking at him.
“This,” he smiled & threw water from his water bottle all over her.
“What the heck!?” she tried to yell, but her soar throat wouldn’t let her.
“That’s for avoiding me this morning,” he laughed.
“I didn’t even see you this morning!” she choked out annoyed that she looked like she’d just came out of the pool.
“How could you not? I was waving at you!”
Then her best friend Kelsey came off the bus, seeing what happened.
“She’s mad at me,” Clint explained as the girl got on the bus.
“Well maybe you shouldn’t poor water on her head!”
