I’m Shannon-Louise Riddock, i’m 19 years of age, from Scotland and life has been a constant rollercoaster these past 5years. Scared with memories that seem to never fade. But for once, it seems to be going steady. Things seem to be getting back on track.
Now living in Wyckoff, New Jersey. I guess you may be wondering why i’ve ended up here? Why my life just now, seems as if it couldn’t get any better.
It all started around 3years ago now.
It was summer ‘05. I was back in Scotland living with my mum, both of my brothers and my sister. That summer, we were all saying how it would be the best summer yet. Planning everything out. All the bands we were planning to see. Hoping that we might just get the chance to meet each band after. Hoping that the weather would be fine to camping. Trips to the beach and just chilling really. Soaking up the summer sun. Enjoying life to the max. I was looking forward to this summer. Thinking that for once, nothing would go wrong. But i couldn’t have been more wrong.
