Mr. Cripson stared at her surprised but curt.
“Excuse me?” He said cruely, he hated Twilah.
“You heard me. I came in, what? two seconds after the bell rang? I think you’ll live.” Twilah couldn’t beleive the words were actually coming from her mouth!
“Ooh!”The class bellowed. Mr Cripson dropped the papers he was holding and simply pointed to the door. “If you have something to say, why can’t you say it in front of my classmates? Hmm?” Twilah was on fire.Twilah glanced at her classmates and didn’t see one who’s mouth wasn’t open.
“Twilah Shaw! Outside now!” Mr. Cripson yelled, furiously. He stomped to the door and opened it waiting for Twilah. She walked confidently out of the classroom. Mr. Cripson slammed the door shut and a roar of laughter came from his classroom. Mr. Cripson threw open the door.
“QUIET!” he shouted.
He slammed the door even louder this time and turned to glare at Twilah, who was smirking at him with pure confidence.
“What makes you think you can come into my classroom and act this way?”
